Burt's Bees Mini-Haul

L-R: Miracle Salve, Citrus & Ginger Body Wash, Cranberry & Pomegranate Replenishing Body Bar

Whilst I don't shop at Boots anymore, I had about £18 to spend on my advantage card that had been accumulated over a few years. Rather than let it go to waste, I decided to spend the points on some cruelty free products, as bigger Boots stores stock some BUAV approved brands such as Burt's Bees and Neals Yard Remedies. My local Boots is only a small one, so on a recent trip to Portsmouth I decided to have a browse in their larger store. They only stocked Burt's Bees but I managed to get some fab goodies. It was also 3 for 2 across skincare and luxury bathing, so I spent a while figuring out how much I could get with my points! I also had to think about which products I actually needed, as I have drawers full of creams, lotions and potions waiting to be used up! In the end I decided on a Ginger Citrus Body Wash, Cranberry & Pomegranate Replenishing Body Bar, and Miracle Salve.

The Cranberry & Pomegranate soap has a lovely berry fragrance and a cute little bee engraved on the front!

The Miracle Salve is rich in pumpkin seed oil (a great source of polyunsaturated fatty acids, including Omega 3 and 6, plus zinc and vitamins A and E) and promises to moisturise and nourish hair, hands and body. I am looking forward to trying this salve out as it can also be used to tame flyaway hairs! A great multi-use product.

I haven't tried any of the products yet, so if you would like to see a review of any of them then leave me a comment!
